Once items are dispatched we cannot be responsible for delivery time. All dispatched items can be tracked via a private tracking number which will be sent to your email

We do our best to keep the SOBOYE inventory updated, but please note we do not stock many items of any product line. Most items may be one-off. If you want to order a product that is out of stock, we will notify you and try to resolve this where possible. If there is an item that you would like that is not listed on the web-shop, please contact us to see whether it can be made for you especially as SOBOYE and many of it’s designers/suppliers welcome commissions.

• If you order Goods from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

• Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

• SOBOYE will never sell or pass on your information. Your information is protected and will not be forwarded on to any third parties.
