Returns + Exchanges

Soboye Returns & Refunds Policy    

·      Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items will only be exchanged if faulty. If you require an exchange for another item from the website you will need to place a new order and the replacement will only be sent out on receipt of the returned item, which will be inspected to ensure the complaint is valid and that goods are returned in the condition they were dispatched.

·      Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning also please ensure you obtain proof of posting.

·      Refunds will only be given to the credit card in which the original purchase was made.

We do not cover the cost of shipping on returned or exchanged items.
